VACANCY – DATA ENTRY OPERATOR (Immediate start)
We are looking for a Data Entry Operator to update and maintain information on our computer systems and backup Front Office. Responsibilities include collecting and entering data in MYOB Accounting and maintaining accurate records of valuable company information. Our ideal candidate has essential data entry skills, like fast typing with an eye for detail and familiarity with spreadsheets and writing emails.
Requirements
· Excellent attention to detail
· Excellent customer service skills
· Proficiency in written English
· Ability to multitask effectively
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to perform repetitive tasks with high degree of accuracy
· Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Qualifications and Experience
· Proven experience in a similar role
· A Diploma in Computer Studies or equivalent
· Experience with MYOB Accounting
· Ability to type a minimum of 40 wpm
· Experience with Microsoft Office
