Depot Clerk (5pm — 12am Shift)

The Depot Clerk position based in Lautoka is responsible for recording all containers coming in and out of the depot and for the booking of containers from the commercial and logistics team.

Here’s what you’ll do:

• Entering and updating the depot container system with all inward/outward container activity movements
• Making sure that all export container(s) are released to suppliers according to booking release details.
• Confirming the inward container(s) current fleet they belong too
• Filing away all inward delivery notations, inward receipts, and outward delivery notations
• Sending dally movement togs generated from the Gepol container system to the respective Gepot clients and logistics team daily
• Updating the shipping department with ail container Lines despatch for export moves
• Generating end of the month invoices for depot clients.
• Stocktake. and reconcile containers on-site and in the system
• Preparing and setting up of work areas
• Planning works
• Mapping rows of containers.
