We are seeking applications for a Digital Content Creator, the person needs to have in-depth knowledge pertaining digital marketing platforms and creative content creation. The role would primarily be responsible for connecting people (customers) and the CCFL brand. The person needs to be highly proficient with digital advertising, email, search engines and other online channels to attract and engage potential customers for CCFL. He or she will be responsible for maintaining the on-line brand image and supporting various sales & marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and lead digital media strategy for various channels (including Google Ads, YouTube, Linkedin, Facebook/Instagram, Website updates and any other Social Media Platform and other third-party ad sources (such as editorial sites and event sponsorships) etc.
Plan, conceptualize and develop digital marketing concepts through continuous research and creative thinking
Be able to make thoughtful design & concept decisions and to translate any given user-experience journey into a smooth and intuitive marketing message
Should have the ability to come up with e-commerce solutions for our target market
Measure the success of every paid media campaign based on set KPIs
Work with the line manager to bring the most effective ads to market through Static or Motion Graphics
Stay up to date with the latest paid media best practices and technologies
Brainstorm and collaborate with internal teams on new ideas, campaigns and go-to-market strategy
Create a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, regularly refresh website content etc.
Conduct Drone Piloting etc. for aerial type photography etc.
Provide digital marketing support to other jurisdictions as required
Qualifications & Experience
At least Diploma level education in Marketing or related field or Advanced Certificate in Designing or Digital Marketing
Must be an accomplished designer with at least 5 years hands-on working experience in graphic design, digital marketing, website management and professional level of exposure with photography & videography skills
Good working knowledge of browser compatibility across multiple platforms and devices
Strong ability to conceptualize and design with openness in mind
Should have good knowledge of digital designs, graphic fundamentals, typography, print and web design
Advanced level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects,
Premier Pro) and other graphic design software
Experience of managing social media campaigns & CRM (customer relationship management)
platforms is strongly desirable
Drone piloting will be an added advantage
