DRIVER & ATV (All Terrain Vehicle) TOUR GUIDE – Immediate Start Available | Full Training Provided
We’re an award-winning quad bike tour company based in Wailoaloa (Nadi, Fiji) looking for a new full-time Driver & Tour Guide to join our team.
Experience as a Driver/Tour Guide or riding ATV’s is NOT required (we will fully train our chosen candidate) but this role will best suit someone who has customer service or similar experience in a ‘people-facing’ role.

You will be one of the “faces” of the company and will be responsible for the first impression we make.
Person Specification
The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality, while also being hardworking and disciplined.
You will need to be well-mannered, but hopefully also have a good sense of humor to make our customers feel at ease.
You will need to be extremely safety-conscious, trustworthy, reliable and able to follow instructions.
A customer-oriented approach is essential. The goal is to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued from the moment they are picked up to when we drop them home again.
Responsibilities
Collecting customers from their accommodations
Driving them in a transfer vehicle safely and responsibly to and from our base in Wailoaloa
Cleaning and refueling transfer vehicles and ATV’s/bikes as required
Preparing safety-gear and paperwork for tours
Keeping paper records and accepting payments, as required
Assisting with safety-briefings for customers, teaching them how to safely ride their quad bike for their tour
Supporting other Tour Guides on tour, ensuring customers are riding safely and enjoying their tour; eventually you will lead your own tours
Teaching customers about Fiji and the Fijian way of life
Take up other duties as assigned (multi-task)
Requirements
Must have the legal right to work in Fiji
A valid, clean Driver’s Licence + police clearance (yes, we will check!)
Physically fit and comfortable to work outdoors in all-weather and ride quad bikes (training will be provided)
Proficient in English (oral and written) and Fijian (oral)
A quick learner with initiative and a ‘can do’ attitude
Demonstrated reliability and flexibility in working hours
Strong communication and people skills, confident in dealing with a variety of people and personalities as well as kids
Customer service orientation and a team attitude
Prior experience in a customer-service or people-facing role
Fully Covid-19 vaccinated
First-aid certified would be an advantage, but not essential
