Key Responsibilities
- Support the Chief Engineer with daily operations, logistics, and compliance paperwork.
- Coordinate projects, contractors, purchasing, and procurement to keep operations seamless.
- Manage rostering, safety checks, and reporting while ensuring smooth execution of engineering tasks.
Requirements
- FNU Engineering qualification with 3+ years’ experience as project coordinator/site administrator.
- Strong organisational, reporting, and communication skills.
- Proficient in use of an engineering requisition software and Microsoft packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting.
