What is the job?
We are currently recruiting for an Events Planning Coordinator to join the Sales & Marketing team. In your role, you’ll be responsible for the co-ordination and management of small, medium and large groups. You will be at the forefront of planning memorable and unique events for our local and international clients, while driving revenue for the resort. You will be the link between the operation, and the client and provide timely written, and verbal communication to both internal and external stakeholders.
What do we need from you?
You must have excellent time management skills, flexibility with the working hours, computer savy, and a willingness to go the extra mile to drive guest satisfaction. Also have the ability to communicate via telephone calls, and through email conversations and ensures all areas of the events contract are adhered to.
Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management, 3 years experience preferably in a hotel of similar size with thorough knowledge of opera, and sales force would be an added advantage.
