Executive Assistant / Office Manager – Fiji Brewery Suva

We are looking for an Executive Assistant/Office Manager that will be reporting directly into the GM Paradise Beverages and based at our Fiji Brewery, Walu Bay, Suva. This role will be responsible for providing high level executive and administrative support to the GM Paradise Beverages and their leadership team to ensure their time is used as efficiently as possible. The role covers a range of both routine and ad-hoc tasks ranging from diary management and minutes through to management of events and projects.

Key aspects of this role include;
o Diary management, responding to meeting invitations in a timely manner and ensuring these are prioritised
o Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly o Attendance of weekly leadership team meetings, recording of minutes and following up on action items to ensure deadlines are met o Build relationships and networks with internal and external clients through effective communication o Handling of sensitive and confidential matters as required / Ensure sensitive and confidential business information is protected and secure.

Career Experience and Qualification Ideally, you will have:
o Diploma in Business Administration or other relevant tertiary qualification
o Extensive experience (minimum 5 years) in providing executive support and assistance at a senior level (Executive Assistant, Team Coordinator or Office Manager Role). FMCG manufacturing experience an asset but not essential.
o Strong communication, interpersonal and public relations skills to enable professional interaction with a wide range of people including senior management
o Well-developed keyboard and computer skills with demonstrated knowledge of MS Office (especially outlook, word and power point), internet and email applications
o Highly developed time management skills, ability to work under pressure and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and to effectively manage multiple projects
o Ability to understand stakeholder requirements and ensure communications are understood as intended across both verbal and visual mediums
o Able to manage multiple priorities concurrently to a high quality and timely completion
o Ability to build and leverage networks to ensure interdepartmental collaboration and information sharing
o Able to understand and prioritise stakeholder requests to ensure needs are met in order of business need
o Flexibility in your availability from week to week required
