How will I help?
The role provides one-to-one administrative support to the Chief Executive of Westpac Fiji, including the management of a busy diary and travel schedule, and the coordination of office-based tasks; all to be efficiently completed in a fully competent, timely and professional manner. The role is often the first point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders and requires confidentiality in dealings at all times.
The role also requires adherence to the Westpac Code of Conduct and Code of Banking requirements, and the handling of all information with sensitivity and discretion is essential.
What do I need?
You have more than 5 years’ experience supporting a senior executive with excellent oral and written communication skills. You have excellent planning and organisational skills along with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple stakeholders. You have intermediate to advance MS Office skills proficiency, and possess a strong business acumen with a willingness to learn about the banking and financial services sector.
