Conveniently situated on Denarau Island, Fiji’s most popular playground, our facility is directly opposite the world-renowned Port Denarau Marina while nestled safely and securely within lush tropical garden vegetation.
We are Seeking a Suitable Candidate for the position of an Executive House Keeper for our Apartments on Denarau Island.
Duties
Supervise all housekeeping employees, hire new employees as needed, discharge employees when necessary and take disciplinary actions when policies are not followed.
Co-ordinates between housekeeping crews to inspect assigned areas to ensure standards are met.
Manage many priorities and demands and is able to solve problems, support staff, as well as perform the duties of Executive House Keeper.
Plan the work of the House Keeping Department and distribute assignments accordingly.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for cleanliness, orderliness and appearance of the entire Hotel.
Ensure that rooms are made as per five star standard.
Maintain par stock of guest supplies cleaning supplies, linen and uniform.
Organize on the job training and evaluate its effectiveness.
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Housekeeping of which at least 2-3 years in similar role, Strong Operational and Technical knowledge .
