Key Responsibilities
- Sales and account management across multiple product categories
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Drive showroom sales and customer engagement
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
- Manage orders and ensure seamless customer experience
- Collaborate internally with the sales and operations teams
- Maintain accurate reporting and sales administration
- Travel locally for client visits and business development
Requirements
- Proven track record in sales and account management, preferably in apparel, uniforms, or related industries
- Strong ability to generate leads, convert prospects, and achieve sales targets
- Experience in B2B sales environments (corporate clients, bulk orders, uniforms.
- Effective negotiation and closing skills to secure profitable deals.
- Good understanding of garments, fabrics, fits, sizing, and customization options
- Knowledge of corporate wear, uniforms, or promotional apparel (preferred)
- Ability to clearly explain product features, benefits, and suitability to clients
- Awareness of market trends and customer requirements
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets
- Strong problem-solving and initiative
- Knowledge of corporate wear/workwear markets (advantageous but not essential)
- Positive team player with a collaborative mindset
