JOB DESCRIPTION & SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Full time reliable person required living close to Suva with advance / good MS skills.
Suit fast and Computer literate, some IT back ground an advantage work revolves mainly working with /IT and technical type administrative tasks.
A successful Office Administrator candidate will have various prerequisite skills and qualifications needed for their duties, including:
- Exceptional leadership, organisational and time management skills
- Good Presentation skills and customer services knowledge
- Able to communicate clearly both verbal and written
- Proven experience in related roles
- Have an Eye for detail and a quick learner
- Conversance with Computer in daily office administration functions such as Word, Excel spreadsheets, Power point and specialised office management tools
- Proficiency in filing and paper management, including the ability to manage correspondence and handle confidential information
- Fast track record in above and able to multi tasks.
Please note not a role for attaché or students currently studying
Person needs to be flexible as at times some after hours required.
