JOB DESCRIPTION & SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

Full time reliable person required living close to Suva with advance / good MS skills.

Suit fast and  Computer literate, some IT back ground an advantage   work revolves mainly working with /IT and technical type administrative  tasks.

A successful Office Administrator candidate will have various prerequisite skills and qualifications needed for their duties, including:

  • Exceptional leadership, organisational and time management skills
  • Good Presentation skills and customer services knowledge
  • Able to communicate clearly both  verbal and written
  • Proven experience in  related roles
  • Have an Eye for detail and a  quick learner
  • Conversance with Computer in  daily office administration functions such as Word, Excel  spreadsheets, Power point and specialised office management tools
  • Proficiency in filing and paper management, including the ability to manage correspondence and  handle confidential information
  • Fast track record in above and able to multi tasks.

Please note not a role for attaché or students currently studying

Person needs to be flexible as at times some after hours required.
