The Fiji Sun, a leading and dynamic newspaper, is seeking a talented and experienced Feature Writer to join our Publications Team at Amra Street, Walu Bay, Suva. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled writer with a passion for storytelling and a keen eye for the human-interest angle in every story.
Key Responsibilities
- Write and Edit: Craft compelling, well-structured articles that engage and inform our diverse readership, maintaining the highest standards of journalistic integrity and quality.
- Collaborate: Work closely with editors, photographers, and other writers to refine story concepts and align with the newspaper’s vision and style.
- Meet Deadlines: Consistently meet tight deadlines, adapting to changing priorities and maintaining professionalism under pressure.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
