GMR Muhammad & sons (PTE) Ltd is an established reputable retails and wholesaler of general hardware and timber material based in Gulam Place, Nakasi.
The company is seeking a dynamic, highly competent and experienced person for the position of Finances & Administration Manager.
Duties
Reporting to the Directors, the Finance & Administration
The manager will be responsible for:
Managing all aspects of the day-to-day accounting and administration functions and IT functions.
Maintaining effective management and control over debtors, creditors, fixed assets, and payroll systems.
Preparing of bank yearly and yearly financial reports and attending to annual audits.
Foreign currency transaction.
Managing statutory compliance, including accurate compilation, and filing of statutory returns and related payments.
Special assignment as directed.
Qualification & Experiences
The applicant should have:
Degree in Accounting or Finance with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position
IT skills especially accounting software and spreadsheet are essential. l
CA/CIMA/ACCA/ CPA preferred
Experience with SAP software will be an advantage
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
