We are seeking applications from qualified candidates for the above role that will be based in Nadi or Suva. This is Full Time Employment role with 3 months probationary period.
Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Debt collection and arrears reduction against forecast targets
- Finance related liaison with internal/external & allocation/reconciliation management
- Monitoring and management of debtor credit limits and overdue accounts
- Ensure regular banking of receipts
- Processing of payment vouchers to correct PL mapping as per the chart of accounts
- Processing of local and overseas payments, electronic funds transfer and direct debits
- Experience in ocean & airfreight role (freight industry experience preferred)
- Audit related matters
- Encourage positive / productive collaboration with the various internal departments and external customers/suppliers
Requirements
- Be a team player and multi-tasking
- Demonstrates high standards of conduct and ethics
- Fluent in English – written and verbal communication skills
- Be able to work under pressure
- Valid Driving License
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Business
