JOB DESCRIPTION & SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Skills Required:

Strong analytical abilities to be able to analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities, forecast and monitor cashflows and develop financial reviews to reduce risks and provide investment advice.
Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal capabilities. Capable to effectively manage and communicate with staff at all levels within the organization.
Proficient in MS Excel and other financial software, competent to use financial modelling and forecasting tools.
Strong attention to detail and accounting skills to ensure all financial transactions are precisely accounted for and ensure accuracy on financial statements.
Strong organizational and time management skills to manage and keep track of multiple financial tasks simultaneously.
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve financial issues as they arise.
Strong Credit Control skills to manage credit customers while building & maintaining customer relationships.
The ability to build relationships and coalitions within the company, customer, and other stakeholders.
Ability to create and monitor the budgets for the company.
Evaluate, Manage Risks and develop financial growth for the company.
Coordinating and managing internal and external financial correspondences e.g., compliance and tax auditors as well as internal auditing.
Ensuring compliance with local law, tax provisions and relevant industry and financial institutions.
Identifying efficiencies and opportunities for cost reductions across the business.
Handling payroll processing and labor tax compliance.
Setting up bank accounts and managing banking relationships.
Qualifications Required:

Applicant needs to have a degree in accounting or finance or has completed a professional accounting qualification such as CPA or CA.
