FINANCIAL CONTROLLER (MAINLAND) – Tropica Island Resort

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee finance operations, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Ensure compliance with Fiji tax legislation, statutory requirements, and accounting standards.
  • Drive financial analysis, business performance reporting, and process improvements.
  • Lead and develop the Finance team while managing financial systems and controls.

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting or Finance from a recognised university.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Financial Controller and 5 years’ progressive experience in senior finance leadership roles, with hospitality or resort operations experience essential.
  • Strong knowledge of Fiji tax laws, financial reporting, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in MYOB, Microsoft Office and SharePoint, with strong leadership and organisational skills.
