FOOD & BEVERAGE ATTENDANT

The Food & Beverage Attendant is responsible for delivering personalised and high standards of food and beverage service to all premium guests in the Lounge, with an emphasis on increasing brand value at all times.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Communicates and works with team members assigned to different areas of the lounge to ensure seamless integration of duties and functions.
• Maintains dietary and dietary terminology knowledge to keep apprised of guests requirements.
• Ensures that hygienic food and beverage management procedures are followed and cleanliness maintained at all times.
• Prepares meal and all beverage orders carefully and provides food and beverage service ensuring food safety and Fiji Airways standards are met.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Must have a relevant qualification in Food and Beverage
• Must have a years’ experience in a food and beverage service role
• Having Barista skills would be an advantage
• To have completed First Aid training would be an advantage
• Must be able to communicate effectively
• Must have general knowledge of wines, spirits and cocktails
• Must be able to work flexible hours / days
• Must be able to adhere to Fiji Airways uniform and grooming standards
