• A la Carte experience essential
• High level of communication skills with the ability to relate to all nationalities
• Ability to work confidently under pressure in a busy environment
• Be reliable, friendly and a team player with professional appearance and manner with highly developed interpersonal and social skills
• Be a self starter and self motivated
• Positive can do attitude, enthusiastic and passionate
• Certificate of Attainment in Food & Beverage Service diploma is preferred
