An exciting opportunity exists for an exceptional Human Resources Leader with strong Human Resources & Strategic Business acumen to join HFC Bank in its quest to be the Employer of Choice.

• Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this role is responsible for Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, productivity, and excellence in its people.

• The Human Resources leader will continue to drive leadership at all levels of the organization with the key aim to serve our people and OUR CUSTOMERS.
