Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and Post Graduate Diploma in Property Management, Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related discipline.
- Master’s Degree or MBA will be an added advantage.
- Professional certifications in Project Management, Property Management, Facilities Management, or Real Estate will be advantageous.
- Minimum of 8-10 years’ senior management experience in property management, real estate, facilities management, or construction/project management.
- Proven experience managing large property portfolios and capital projects.
- Strong commercial and financial management experience.
- Experience in contract negotiation and stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
