Lead teams, manage budgets and ensure compliance and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
- Leading and motivating store teams, providing guidance, coaching and performance management.
- Workforce that are productive, efficient, motivated and supported.
- Ensure smooth and efficient store operations, including inventory management, store layout and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Monitoring and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Drive continuous improvement through lean retail practices and process optimization.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Capture customer insights and drive service improvements by implementing feedback mechanisms.
- Ensure that the marketing strategy aligns with overall business profitability by driving strategic vision and day-to-day execution of the company’s commercial operations.
- Drive business growth by overseeing marketing teams, brand positioning, consumer/market research, customer engagement and campaign execution.
- Ensure the brand voice and identity remain cohesive across all customer touchpoints

Requirements
- The person we seek will have a strong background in Retail & Marketing and having a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Management or a related field would be an advantage.
- Proven experience in retail and marketing within the homeware industry.
- Strong business acumen with a track record of driving market expansion and delivering sustainable revenue growth.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across the company and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
