ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

It’s an 18-month fast-track to management level with unprecedented exposure that’s geared specifically for high-potential individuals, helping you to develop outstanding skills – full understanding of the dynamic of the market you are operating in and how your function works together with other departments to achieve outstanding results.
You will be immersed in stretch projects that will challenge and excite you during structured rotations and accelerated career pathways and you will gain a well-rounded and fulfilling learning experience, as well as international exposure.
