Key Responsibilities
- Is able to schedule and manage customer appointments for the field technicians
- Provide daily, weekly, monthly management reports
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and data entry with high attention to detail
- Monitor movements of stock and ensure reordering is done on time
- Is able to train and manage other support administrators
Requirements
- Applicants who have completed a formal education such as a certificate or diploma in Business administration or IT
- At least 3 years senior administrator or team leader experience in business operations
- Excellent communication skills to provide customer phone and email support
- Demonstrate strong organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills
