GRADUATE ACCOUNTANT

Job Vacancy: Graduate Accountant

Are you a recent accounting graduate looking to kickstart your career in a dynamic and supportive environment? We’re looking for a Graduate Accountant to join our team!

About the Role:

As a Graduate Accountant, you will work closely with our finance team and play a key role in supporting day-to-day accounting activities, with a particular focus on Excel-based reporting and analysis. You’ll also assist with contract administration tasks, giving you exposure to broader business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with month-end and year-end financial reporting
• Prepare and analyse data using Microsoft Excel
• Support contract administration and document management
• Maintain accounting records and assist with reconciliations
• Collaborate with internal teams to support financial processes
• Ad-hoc administrative and finance-related duties as required

What We’re Looking For:

• Recent graduate in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles
• High attention to detail and organisational skills
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Bonus Points:

• Previous internship or part-time experience in an accounting or admin role
• Exposure to accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, or similar)
• Interest in contract administration or commercial operations
