The Group is seeking a dynamic and extremely results-oriented, self-driven Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead and manage the Group successfully.
Duties & Responsibilities
Reporting to the Board of Directors, the successful candidate will be an influential leader with the ability to develop and implement strategic, commercial and operational goals for the Group.
The Group CEO will drive fundamental organizational changes and instill organizational values across the Group and will also be responsible for developing new business opportunities and strategies and sustaining valuable relationships with all stakeholders to ensure the Group’s continuous expansion and growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Group’s strategic, operational and financial performances to ensure that business and operational risks are mitigated.
- Ensuring the effective management of the organization including business planning, financial management, human resources management, policy and governance functions.
- Leading change, innovation and continuous improvement in systems and work processes and practices.
- Providing strategic support, advice and recommendations to the Board of Directors.
- Develop and implement growth strategies including new business projects evaluation and successful implementation.
- Leading and develop a high performing executive management team in a major organisation.
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of fifteen years of experience in an executive role with at least 10 years’ experience as CEO in major organisation.
- Experience in doing business in the Oceania region and beyond.
- Demonstrated capability of managing diverse businesses.
- Strong proven analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
