Are you passionate about providing exceptional guest experiences in a luxurious island setting? We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Guest Service Agent to join our team at Royal Davui Island Resort.

Key Responsibilities:

Check guests in and out with warmth and efficiency, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience.
Make bookings for our world-class spa and a variety of exciting activities, tailored to each guest’s preferences.
Attend to guest requests promptly and professionally, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay.
Handle incoming telephone calls with courtesy and accuracy, assisting callers with inquiries and reservations.
Post charges accurately and efficiently to guest accounts, maintaining detailed records for billing purposes.
Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, addressing any guest issues or concerns with empathy and effectiveness.

Additional Responsibilities:

Assist with coordinating transportation and excursions for guests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to fulfill guest requests and maintain resort standards.
Uphold the resort’s policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity at all times.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment, embodying our commitment to exceptional guest service.

 

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in computer systems and reservation software.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Passion for delivering memorable guest experiences and exceeding expectations.
