Responsibilities
Train, Manage & Coordinate The Mantaray Team of chefs and all related culinary activities
establish presentation technique and quality standards
ensure proper equipment operation / maintenance; safety and sanitation in the Kitchen
Passionate with food and guarantee consistent quality delivery as all stages
Experience: 3 or more years of culinary management experience within a resort / hotel environment is required.
