• 5-years experience in a senior kitchen role
• Have attention to detail
• Can lead, inspire and manage a small and dynamic kitchen team
• Are an organized person with good communication skills
• Have the ability to work under pressure
• Have knowledge of stock and inventory systems and procedures

RESTAURANT MANAGER

• 5-years experience in a senior role in a restaurant/cafe
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Have the ability to lead, manage and motivate a dynamic, young F&B team
• Have knowledge of POS, stock and inventory systems and procedures
• Know about food production methods and kitchen/restaurant procedures
• Be patient and calm in stressful situations

BARISTA

• 2-years experience as a Barista (training will also be provided)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Have the ability to work under pressure

FOOD & BEVERAGE ATTENDANTS

• Be presentable and have excellent communications skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Have the ability to work under pressure
• Training will be provided
• Previous work experience will be an advantage

FRONT OFFICE & BOOKINGS MANAGER

• 5S-years experience in a senior, similar role
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Have the ability to work as a team player and so shift work
• Have knowledge of PMS, bookings systems and procedures
