JOB DESCRIPTION & SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
This position will report to the General Manager Paradise Beverages, based at the Fiji Brewery, Walu Bay, Suva.
Key skills and attributes required:
8+ years in an exceptional marketing and communications position, preferably in a leadership position, responsible for brand strategy and execution, team management, delivery, and performance
Excellent communication/reporting and management skills
Understand, end to end content creation, and how to execute this both creatively and efficiently
Experienced with the development of marketing strategy, including demonstrated experience balancing longer term brand development and shorter terms sales needs
You’re exciting to know, quite creative, and will positively engage and lead the marketing team, wider business, and other stakeholders. You’ll have a natural ability to partner and collaborate with other teams. You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get hands on.
