Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Bank’s Operational Risk framework.
- Develop and implement operational risk strategies, policies, and controls.
- Monitor operational risk exposures and emerging risks.
- Oversee business continuity, operational resilience, and incident management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal Group Risk standards.
- Provide strategic advice to Executive Management and the Board.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Law, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in banking, risk, audit, or compliance, including senior leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of operational risk frameworks, governance, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
