Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate heavy vehicles to deliver products to customers and project sites.
  • Load, transport, and unload goods while ensuring product quality and security.
  • Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any defects or maintenance requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with road safety regulations and company policies.
  • Complete delivery documentation accurately and obtain customer acknowledgements.
  • Assist in maintaining vehicle cleanliness and service schedules.
  • Coordinate with Dispatch and Warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries.

Requirements

  • Form 7 or equivalent qualifications.
  • Valid Group 6 or relevant Heavy Goods Vehicle Driver’s Licence.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience operating heavy commercial vehicles.
  • Good knowledge of road transport regulations and safe driving practices.
  • Ability to handle delivery of documentation and basic record-keeping.
  • Physically fit and capable of assisting with loading and unloading when required.
  • Strong work ethics, reliability, and punctuality.
  • Forklift license will be an advantage.
