Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Day-to-Day Running of Operations
Looks at the general wellbeing of Hotel Customers
Address Customer Grievances
Checks End of Day Sales Report
Monitors Occupancy growth and suggest ways to improve it
Counts and Banks the Daily Takings
Controls Expenditure
Monitors and Balances, the stock and Inventory
Planning and Executes Events
Plan Promotions
Handle Advertising on Social Media Platforms
Supervise and Handle Staff
Build Staff Capacity and Training
Monitors Infrastructure maintenance

Minimum Requirement of Skills:

A people person, with impeccable customer service and communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills.
Affinity to cultural understanding
A leader with excellent Planning and Action Skills
Someone in sync with staff
Knowledge of navigating social media platforms and web page
High standard of integrity and honesty

Minimum Requirement of Skills:

Managerial and Administrative Tertiary Qualification in the Hospitality and Tourism Field
3 – 5 Years success story in Hospitality Management
Remuneration Package

To be negotiated depending on qualifications
