Pepper Advantage Hub (Fiji) is seeking a dedicated and organised individual to join our team as HR Generalist & Front Office Support. The primary responsibility of this position is to provide comprehensive support the Head of People and Culture for a leading Fitness brand. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and be adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Join NowHR Support:
Elmo HR Platform
Assign BER’s (Business Expense Reports) ensuring timely processing and compliance.
Assign Onboarding Work Flows to new hires allowing for smooth integration.
Verify WWC/Blue Card’s during onboarding ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Verify Immigration Status during onboarding.
Assign/ Perform Offboarding for departing employees.
Build out forms and documents as needed, maintaining an organised and efficient system.
Recruitment Support
Manage requisitions for new hires, coordinating with hiring managers to understand needs.
Facilitate the hiring process (using HR platform) ensuring accurate documentation and communication with candidates.
Administrative Support:
Month End: Update employee list with any changes / updates.
Month End: Update Sonder list with any changes / updates.
Month End: Confirm offboarding.
Month End: Employee access audit and review.
Month End: Price list and margin review.
File Maintenance:
Conduct regular reviews and updates of standard operating procedures ensuring documentation reflects current practices and standards.
Review and update policies as needed, keeping them aligned with company objectives and requirements.
Collaboration:
Contribute to the creation and distribution of newsletter.
Assist in event planning including coordination and logistics.
Continuous Support:
Participate in training programs and stay current on industry best practices.
Contribute to the improvement of processes and procedures.
Enthusiastic and willing to work on solutions, take onboard feedback and responsibility.
Don’t be afraid to ask questions and be eager to learn.
Required Skills
Candidate needs to be flexible in terms of working hours.
Minimum of 2+ years in a similar role with direct HR support experience.
Experience with ELMO Platform advantageous but not necessary.
Strong interpersonal and relational skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
