JOB DESCRIPTION & SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
The above position will be based in our HR Department located at Makoi, Nasinu and directly reports to our Group HR Manager.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Assist in organizational HR Planning in consultation with Group HR Manager
- Application screening and short listing of applicants
- Interview of shortlisted applicants in conjunction with HOD’s
- Recruitment and Induction of employees
- Summarize and close off advertised positions
- Keep track record of all advertised positions
- Prepare HR Gap report
- Periodic review of JD’s and KPI’s
- Data entry and updating of system
- Exit interviews
- Assist in disciplinary proceeding, general clerical functions and training & development of employees when required
Key Competency Requirements:
- Relevant qualification in Human Resources Management
- Being a self-starter and willingness to travel to other branches when the necessity arises
- Being a team player and ability to work with minimum supervision
- Knowledge in Datec pay will be an added advantage
- At least 1 Year of “Hand – On” experience in a similar role however fresh tertiary graduates are encouraged to apply
- Valid group 2 drivers’ license will be desirable
