JOB DESCRIPTION & SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Final year FNU student preferred with good marks in English may be able to communicate to Australian offices and have some experience in Customer communication.
Provide assistance on Security tender projects, assisting in Security Audits, ensuing day to days tasks are dealt with proficiently.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Completing I T Degree
- Customers may liase clearly on I T as the main point of contact
- Scheduling meetings and travel
- Answering calls and correspondences
- Ensuring deadlines are met
- Acting as a liaison between other professionals in the office
- Creating a general workflow
- Thorough attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to work in a group and on their own
- Strong organisational skills
- Confidence in decision making
- Positive attitude for greeting clients
- Familiarity with scheduling and organisational software
