Technical Troubleshooting Experience
- Monitoring application traffic and server loads
- Debugging front-end and back-end code
- Understanding of Single Sign-On and Active Directory Integration
- AWS experience and knowledge of Windows Server/ IIS
Programming Skills
- Ability to code native JavaScript to build reports and rules using JavaScript and Rest API
- C# and Python coding knowledge
- Microsoft SQL Knowledge
Qualifications/Experience
- A Degree in IT
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in programming and technical support
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence to deal professionally with customers on the phone
- Problem solver and critical thinker
- An excellent team player
- Must be flexible to work International time zones as required
