JOB DESCRIPTION & SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
We are looking for an experienced Internships Administrator who will be working with our client. In this role you will provide client support services relating to survey, coordinating internship placements and reporting. The incumbent has to drive high attention to details and being proactive in the approach.
Conducting follow up calls with students that have been placed into an internship, to check that the placement is going well
Creating reports from our system- using excel
Collating information from evaluation forms
Updating our system by uploading documents
Contacting Internship companies by email and phone to arrange interviews- following up promptly to get feedback
Coordinating resume’s to host companies;
Provide report on daily and weekly basis – when required; and
Perform duties assigned by the client from time to time.
Diploma in Administration, Business, Human Resources, Accounting, Economics or related field
At least two – three years’ experience in a similar role
Experience working with Microsoft Office package at an intermediate level for excel and word
Good interpersonal skills
High attention to detail
Have a proactive approach and action oriented
Have experience working in a Call Centre environment, including quality and operations reporting
