JOB DESCRIPTION & SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
The above position will be based in our Inventory department located at Makoi, Nasinu and directly reports to our Inventory Manager.
Key Responsibilities will include:
· Stock take and Inventory reconciliation
· Inventory report generation
· Updating inventory system on all inventory transactions/movements e.g. receipt, transfers, dispatch, returns and damages
· Perform receiving and dispatch of goods on as & when required basis
· Returns and shrinkage verification
· Variance report generation
· Ensure Inventory controls are in place and ratify all potential weak areas
Key Competency Requirements:
· Relevant qualification in accounting
· At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
· Ability to work under minimum supervision
· Applicants having knowledge in SAGE 300 ERP will have an added advantage
