IT ANALYST – THE WORLD BANK

Join our team! Our Suva, Fiji office is looking for an IT Analyst. This position is for Fiji Nationals only and will provide direct support for office staff managing the full range of information technology (Laptops/Desktop support, videoconferencing, communications links, mobile devices, working closely with service teams within ITS and service vendors, and much more). This is an appointment of three (3) years with the possibility of renewal. If you have a relevant bachelor’s or master’s Degree, an ITIL v3 or ITIL 4 certification, have at least two years of experience, are an excellent team player who works well with others, and familiar with incident management processes, we want to hear from you.
