  • To maintain the existing PCs and peripherals by performing upgrades, new installations and carrying out routine procedures.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve end – user hardware, operating system, and software related problems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic network and server access problems for end users.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with voice communications (i.e.. PBX telephone}
  • Liaise with suppliers and 3rd party companies
  • Troubleshoot and resolve printer, CCTV related faults.
  • Create and update reports as required and requested by Management. ‘
  • Assist and train staff on tT related queries/faulls.


  • A Diploma or vocational qualification in a relevant field.
  • 1 or2 years work Experience. :
  • Ability to work well n a team. ‘
  • Problem solving skills. .
  • Ability to prioritise workload. .
  • Good written and verbal communication skills. .
  • Valid and clean Group 2 driving licence.
  • Should be COVID – 19 fully vaccinated.
