We are seeking a highly motivated individual with at least one (1) year experience in an IT Support role to commence in our Nadi Office. As a member of the firm’s IT Support Team, you will be responsible for providing tier one support, troubleshooting issues, and liaising with other support personnel and external vendors as required. This role represents the “face of IT” focused on providing the highest level of customer
Applicants should have a tertiary qualification in Information Technology or related discipline. Essential to the role is your fascination and passion for technology and desire to try new things and see how they work. This role is required to provide efficient, effective, and timely delivery of local IT support services.
You must possess a sound level of technical knowledge, good communication and customer services skills, and the ability to comply with relevant global IT standards
