Providing technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of our organization’s IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Perform routine system maintenance and updates
- Document technical issues and solutions
- Assist in managing IT inventory and equipment
- Support day-to-day IT operations
Requirements
- Education: Diploma in Information Technology or related field
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in the IT field
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software systems
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, etc.)
- Knowledge of Infinity software is an added advantage
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
