Play a vital role in quality assurance and materials testing for meaningful infrastructure projects.
Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out testing of Aggregates, Soils, and Bituminous Materials for quality control.
- Conduct field tests and implement procedures in the laboratory.
- Complete training to develop and upgrade testing skills.
- Mentor and train new technicians once experienced.
- Perform data entry and prepare accurate reports.
- Ensure proper care, handling, and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
- Maintain excellent housekeeping standards for laboratory facilities.
- Assist in project tasks as advised by management.
- Report directly to the Laboratory Lead.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Laboratory Lead.
Requirements
- Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to learn and be trained.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Positive “can-do” attitude and strong work ethic.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar field.
