How will I help?

You will be responsible for providing high quality strategic, tactical and technical HR advice to the Fiji leadership team and sourcing specialist HR services on behalf of the business. A key purpose of the role is to ensure HR interventions are delivered across the Fiji business with consistency, achieving a quality standardised experience for employees and leaders.

This role is intended to be broad based and flexible to be able to respond effectively to changing needs. You will partner with the Chief Executive and Fiji Leadership Team to provide coaching, counsel and contribution to business line strategy. This includes the diagnosis of HR matters and implementation of targeted, strategically oriented solutions.

What do I need?

You will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR business partnering, operational and/or case management along with a degree in Human Resources, Management or Business. Demonstrated experience in delivering HR processes such as talent management, objective setting and performance management, payroll delivery and employment relations matters.

You will have the ability to lead complex people projects and be an advocate for a diverse workplace. You will have great leadership qualities along with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple levels and across business units and divisions.
