JOB DESCRIPTION & SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Aspen Medical is seeking enthusiastic candidates for Learning and Development Assistant. The position is responsible for providing the Training Coordinator in all coordination and administrative support. This will include liaising with external training providers, assist the Training Coordinator in rolling out Clinical and Non- Clinical trainings according to training plan and carry out the FNU Grants and Levy Audit process.

Key Outcomes
Ensure the implementation and evaluation of the technical training induction, assessment, and expand training and development programmes based on the needs of Aspen Medical and the individual staffs
Ensure FNU Grant and Levy compliance and achieve 80% and above in assessment
Administer 100% collection and proper record is maintain for Back-To – Office- Report (BTOR), Behavioral, reaction and learning training forms
Ensure that PayGlobal Learning and Development module is updated on a daily basis.
Ensure that the highest standards of internal, external and overseas training are consistently delivered by communicating with the team
Support operational leaders and colleagues in Culture & Performance to mentor and coach of a workforce that is capable, adaptable, agile, with a focus on promoting a career in Aspen Medical
Ensure half yearly training variation report for grant reaches to FNU on time
Implement the highest standards of internal and external customer service standard across Aspen Medical
Establish and ensure a strong on-going partnership approach to the development of frame works, supporting initiatives, and delivery of support services to leaders
Ensure that the Learning and Development policy is always used as a guideline
The roles and responsibilities of this position include

Assist in coordinating training administrative logistics to support technical trainings
Assist in rolling out clinical and non-clinical trainings according to training plan
Compile variance report, assist in carrying out FNU audit
Assist in logistic arrangement like accommodation, refreshments, administrative matters
Assist in Administrating, coordinating and action of generic trainings
Administer booking, setup and maintenance of training room and audio visual aids online Training
Assist and support the team to meet work activities deadlines
Assist in Administration of 100% collection and proper record is maintain for BTOR, Behavioral, reaction and learning training forms and other forms

Experience and Qualifications Required
Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management & Business Administration
Train and Trainers Module 1 – 4 and registered with FNU
Proficient in Microsoft skills- excel, word and power point skills
Should have knowledge in FNU Grant and Levy Act and Audit process
2 or more years of experience in Learning and Development
Desired:

Knowledge on PayGlobal system will be a added advantage
