FA & COMPANY, a leading Suva based Law Firm has a vacancy for the position of SECRETARY.
We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and hard-working individual with a diverse background with experience to join our team. The successful applicant, will bring with them the relevant professional services background and must possess the following:
Qualifications and Skills:
- A Diploma in Secretarial Studies.
- High level of Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Word/Excel/Outlook.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Have some experience using cloud software.
- Must have at least a typing speed of 70 words per minute;
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
- Typing of legal documents and correspondences.
- Filing and retrieval of documents and correspondences on premises and on cloud.
- Taking dictations and minutes of meetings.
- Managing switchboard and emails.
- Managing calendars.
