LITIGATION CLERK/PARALEGAL
Neel Shivam Lawyers is looking for a young, confident and well-spoken Litigation Clerk/Paralegal to join their staff.
We are looking for a team player who can work well under pressure and with minimal supervision.
We are looking for the following skills in the successful applicant;
- Have good spoken and written English;
- Computer literacy;
- Office management skills;
- Must keep the Court diary updated and circulate reminders for upcoming matters;
- Knowledge of drafting minor litigation documents such as orders, motion and summons as well as formatting is an added advantage;
- Must have good file management skills;
- Good Interpersonal skills;
Applicants must note that you may be asked to work late and on weekend on occasion.
Previous experience is not necessary but will be an advantage to applicants. Training will be provided to the successful candidate.
