JOB DESCRIPTION & SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
This position will be based at the Commercial Layers site in Korociriciri, Nausori and will be reporting to the Commercial Layers Manager.
The nature of the role includes:
Providing efficient general administration support to the team including raising purchase orders, invoicing, timecard entry and stores requisition.
Performing reconciliations for all inventory at the site.
Monitoring and verifying entries in the WPS report.
Providing timely and accurate data for tracking and reporting of all processes to meet production demand and compile standard reports.
Identifying and reporting low performance and high variance areas for the site.
Carry out internal farm audits as per schedule.
Managing staff rations at the site.
Key skills and attributes required:
A diploma in Finance or Accounting.
1+ years’ experience in a similar role in a FMCG company.
Good understanding of financial and administrative concepts.
Proficient user of MS Office.
Sound working knowledge of GMP and Food Quality standards.
Knowledge of the livestock industry.
A group 2 driver’s license with no demerit points.
Ability to work under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
