Our Lounge Hosts are the welcoming face and helping hand for our customers, and work alongside colleagues and contractors to deliver a seamless customer experience. You will be standing at the entrance or service desk within the Lounge, welcoming our Lounge customers, answering queries, or assisting with requests prior to their departure. You’ll be the first point of contact for our Lounge customers during a disrupt, and will get to know our regular customers, building connections and making their visit memorable.
