Key Responsibilities
- Investor Journey: Manage day-to-day service delivery, onboarding, and issue resolution for investors.
- Brand & Campaigns: Coordinate marketing campaigns, brand activities, and the annual activity calendar.
- Digital Engagement: Support digital investor engagement across web, social, and self-service platforms.
- Investor Education: Deliver investor education and financial literacy initiatives across Pacific communities.
- Communications: Support corporate communications and stakeholder engagement.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and support the Investor Experience and Marketing team day to day.
Requirements
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or Communications required. Post Graduate will be highly regarded.
- Experience: 6-8 years in marketing, brand, or investor relations, incl. 2-3 years supervisory.
- Industry Background: Proven experience in financial services, funds management, banking, or a regulated investment environment required.
- Track Record: Strong track record delivering integrated marketing campaigns and brand strategy execution.
- Team Leadership: Proven experience supervising or leading a team required.
- Licensing: Valid Group 2 Driving License; must obtain and maintain an RBF MIS Representative Licence.
